19th June 2020 Update
On May 28th, 2020 Walt Disney World announced the news that they were working towards a phased reopening of the theme parks beginning July 11th, 2020 pending state approval. When the theme parks reopen, to manage attendance Disney are introducing the Disney Park Pass System that will require all Guests with a valid entrance ticket to make a reservation in advance for theme park entry.
The new Disney Park Pass system will be in place for any Guests with a valid entrance ticket intending to enter the theme parks at Walt Disney World for any date in 2020 once the parks have reopened, and for any Guests who intend to enter the theme parks at Walt Disney World from 1st January through to 26th September, 2021.
For those Guests with a valid entrance ticket who intend to enter the theme parks at Walt Disney World from 27th September, 2021 through to 31st December, 2021 we will be in touch again once we have further updates from Disney to share with you.

Your current balance payment terms are unchanged, however if you want to afford yourselves the maximum chance of securing your theme park reservations for your holiday, you are going to need to start planning as soon as possible; any delay could limit your options.
Your tickets cannot be dispatched to you until final payment has been made. You cannot access the Disney Park Pass system without tickets. Park reservations are limited in number and subject to availability.

Your current balance payment deadline on such tickets has been moved to 24th Aug 2020 as we need to have ordered and paid for all such tickets with Disney by the 1st September 2020.

18th June 2020 Update
Disney have taken the difficult decision to cancel Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Disney H2O Glow Nights, Disney Villain After Hours and Disney After Hours for the remainder of 2020.
As these are date-specific events that cannot be amended for future use, for all customers who have paid in full or paid a deposit on these tickets, we will be refunding you in full. This will happen automatically over the next 14 working days so customers do not need to contact us.
Disney Statement
While assessing another fall special event, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, we determined that many of its hallmarks – stage shows, parades and fireworks – are unable to take place in this new, unprecedented environment. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Additionally, Disney H2O Glow Nights, the nighttime special ticket event at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, will not take place for the remainder of 2020.

Official Update from FloridaTix in relation to WDW 2020 Ticket Changes
Disney are insisting that all customers (whether booked direct with Disney or with an official partner like Floridatix) finalise all ticket bookings by the 10th June.
What does this mean for me?
If you still intend to travel to Florida during 2020, then you will need to ensure that your outstanding balance is paid in full before the 10th June 2020. Once your balance has been paid in full, your tickets will be valid until 30th September 2021. Tickets will be despatched within 14 days of you paying your outstanding balance.
To pay your balance, simply click here: https://www.floridatix.com/deposit/login and enter your email address and Booking ID. You will then be able to pay your balance by credit card or paypal. If you would prefer to pay over the phone, then please call 0330 100 3130. Please be aware phone lines may be busy and are open Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm.
If you haven’t paid your final balance by 10th June, we will be unable to supply you with your tickets because Disney will not allow us to activate any tickets past this deadline.
If you no longer intend to travel to Florida in 2020 then you don’t need to do anything. If we haven’t heard from you by the 10th June 2020, we will assume that you wish for your booking to be cancelled and we will action this for you (standard terms & conditions apply).
Any partially used tickets will not be entitled to any refunds.
Official Announcement | An Update on Walt Disney World Resort Reservations
“This week we shared some big news about Walt Disney World® Resort, including plans to welcome Guests back to the theme parks as part of a phased reopening beginning July 11, pending state approval.
We know many of you are excited to return to the magic and make new memories with your family, friends and loved ones. As we previously shared, as we take these next steps forward, we are introducing enhanced health and safety measures reflecting guidance from health authorities and appropriate government agencies.
When our theme parks reopen, we will manage attendance through a new theme park reservation system on DisneyWorld.com that will require all Guests to make a reservation in advance for theme park entry. Over the coming weeks, we will be making some necessary updates to prepare for the launch of this park reservation system. Here’s some important information to help you plan ahead:
-
- New Ticket Sales and Hotel Reservations: At this time, we are temporarily pausing new ticket sales and Disney Resort hotel reservations so we can focus on Guests with existing tickets and reservations. Existing ticket holders and Annual Passholders will be able to make a theme park reservation before new tickets are sold. We will resume new sales of tickets and Disney Resort hotel reservations after that period of time. Theme park reservations will be limited due to attendance limitations and will be subject to availability.
- Dining and Experiences: In order to foster physical distancing during this time, upon reopening, our offerings, restaurants and other experiences such as behind-the-scenes tours will be limited in capacity, and other experiences may remain closed. As a result of limited capacity, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all existing dining reservations and experience bookings, including Disney dining plans included in packages, through the end of the year. We will reopen dining and experience bookings with more limited numbers closer to when the parks reopen. We will also shift from a 180- day booking window to a 60-day booking window for dining and experience bookings going forward to allow Guests to make their plans closer to their visits.
- FastPass+ and Extra Magic Hours: As a result of the COVID-19 impact, the FastPass+ service will be suspended for the time being as we plan to use additional queue space to manage capacity at our attractions and maintain physical distancing. We will automatically cancel existing FastPass+ selections and share any future updates on the service at a later date. Also, please note that upon reopening, Extra Magic Hours will be temporarily suspended. We understand how much excitement, thought and time goes into planning a Disney vacation and realize some of these changes may be disappointing. Please know we will be here to help you, as we remain focused on delivering a wonderful experience for everyone who visits. You can visit a new “Know Before You Go” hub at DisneyWorld.com/Updates, where you can find the latest updates on our operations and offerings, including details on how to modify your plans. We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding as we continue to keep the wellbeing of Guests and Cast Members in mind. Stay tuned for more information over the next few weeks on how to use the theme park reservation system and other tips to be aware of prior to your visit.”Other resource for latest information from Disney
