After the Dragon Challenge and browsing through the shops of Hogsmeade, were all in the spirit of Harry Potter and about to be immersed even further with The Forbidden Journey.
The approach to this ride couldnt be more epic and even if youre not a Harry Potter fan, you will still enjoy it. Even the queue is an attraction in itself, as you explore the halls of Hogwarts you will meet some of the characters from the movies as they welcome you and give a little introduction to what will become the Forbidden Journey.
This Wizarding World of Harry Potter ride is a seamless motion simulator which combines all the key events from the story, including a battle with a Hungarian Horntail dragon, an invasion of Acromantulas and a Dementia attack. This all takes place on the Hogwarts grounds and the Forbidden Forest, with a big Quidditch game as a finale. The attention to detail is incredible and you will really feel youre part of the Harry Potter universe as soon as the ride ends, leaving you wanting more. Of course, its all well and good describing what it is like, but this is one ride that needs to be experienced to be believed.
