Bauhaus (27 E Pine St)
Located on the first floor of the historic Hanson building, Bauhaus is housed in one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Orlando. The original architecture has been maintained giving the place a cosy and intimate vibe. The variety of craft cocktails on offer is diverse with no hint of being stingy with the alcoholic ingredients. Customers rate the service as excellent.
The Courtesy (114 N Orange Ave)
The Courtesy Bar is self-proclaimed as Orlando’s top craft cocktail lounge. The Bar is located in downtown Orlando where their mixologists create cocktails made from high calibre spirits and homemade mixers. Reviews indicate that the place is buzzing, the drinks are great and the staff members are all passionate about their art. They are currently offering classes where you can learn to mix your own cocktails too.
The Guest House (1321 N Mills Ave)
These guys specialise in craft cocktails and guests describe the place as chilled and classy. With a simple but stylish ambience and a happy hour from 4 – 8 pm, this place is fast becoming a crowd pleaser.
Herman’s Loan Office (22 W Pine St)
Unique bespoke cocktails in a setting which pays homage to a former life as a pawn shop and loan shark in ‘curious and creative ways’. Visitors describe the place as having a bold character, delicious drinks, great atmosphere and friendly bartenders so who could ask for anything more.
Lil Indies (1036 N Mills Ave)
This tiny dive bar is a great place to relax and chill with lots of sofa style seating as well as the usual bar seating. The bar may be small but makes up for it in style with loads of offbeat decorations plus an outside patio area. Lil Indies serves up a wide variety of cocktails and craft beers with the emphasis being on quality and decently priced drinks.
Mathers Social Gathering (30 S Magnolia Ave)
Set on the third floor of a vintage furniture store this place simply oozes charm and sophistication and actively encourages patrons to mingle and get to know each other. Bartenders, described as butlers, serve a selection of cocktails made with ‘…boutique spirits and seasonal fruit, with house-made cordials, bitters, and syrups…’. Patrons describe the place as high quality and classy.
The Nest (4963 New Broad St)
The Nest is a fairly new craft cocktail bar located in the heart of Baldwin Park. They are intent on serving up a ‘…winning combination of sophisticated cocktails and delicious American hors-d’oeuvres…’ in a stress-free and relaxing setting. Customers report friendly and well-trained mixology staff.
Wally’s Mills Avenue Liquors (1001 N Mills Avenue)
Regular patrons describe Wally’s as the oldest dive bar in town! Unglamorous and decidedly Kitschy this place wouldn’t suit every palate but if you like your cocktails served morning, noon and night this is the venue to head for.
The Woods (49 N Orange Ave)
Self-described as a ‘Boutique bar with speciality cocktails & 70+ craft beers’ The Woods is located on the second floor of the Historic Rose Building in Downtown Orlando. Customers describe the venue as oozing lots of chill atmosphere and a perfect place to catch up with old friends and relax.
